For the betterment of rural and semi urban inhabitant . This aforesaid Organization was founded by Sri Pradip Kumar Das BSc MA LLB on the 27th August in cooperation with his maternal uncle Sri Nishi Kanta Das MA B.Ed He got a deep inspiration from his childhood to establish this organization from his eminent Social worker grand mother Late Smt. Promila Bala Lasker. At that time its activities was so poor . After day by day its working sphere has been increasing . Then it was not registered NGO under the Societies Registration Act. Initially it was a voluntary organization .It has started it’s functioning from Agriculture Training Centre at Dakshinpara Head Office , P.O. Birnagar Dist., Nadia Now it is a Socio Economic and Environmental development NGO. Including the following present Governing Body Members and Advisory Committee members.
